Despite a double-double from star forward Indya Green, the Georgia Southern women's basketball game fell to James Madison by a score of 77-60.

The Lady Eagles trailed by just two points with roughly four minutes remaining in the first half, but a rapid fire 11-point run from the Dukes was enough to put the game out of reach. Roshala Scott scored five of her game-leading 17 points to boost her team's lead to 15 at halftime.

Green's double-double marked her fifth of the season, but the Eagle backcourt of McKenna Eddings and Nicole Gwynn added 12 and 10 points of their own, respectively. Eddings and Green also plucked two steals from the Dukes.

The loss marked the fourth straight loss for the Lady Eagles, who now sit at 9-13 (2-8 SBC) and sit in 12th place in the Sun Belt Conference standings. Hana Haden's team will be back on the court this Friday at 1 p.m. when they host the Marshall Thundering Herd.
