While many in Statesboro were focused on the second annual GATA Jam Festival at Beautiful Eagle Creek, a number of happenings occurred elsewhere in town.

In addition to softball's upset of Maryland and baseball's sweep of Brown, the football program hosted a long list of student athletes in the class of 2026. As the weekend wrapped up, a number of targets took to social media to rave about their trip to Statesboro.
