Just over a week ago, Auburn added another big-time recruit to an already special 2025 recruiting class.

Four-star Milton (GA) tight end Ryan Ghea announced his commitment to the Tigers via a social media post.

When asked what set the Tigers apart from other schools, Ghea had a simple answer: "The way they use their tight end, the guys in their tight end room and they were close to home."

The 6-foot-5, 231-pound tight end joins an Auburn class that currently sits as high as No. 5 in the class of 2025 recruiting rankings. He and the five other commits are already in hot pursuit of a number of top-rated prospects.

"They are changing the game there and I want to be a part of it," Ghea said of the attitude around the program. "Great coaches, great environment and great education."

The talented tight end was even more intrigued by the opportunity to move inline and split out as a receiver, something he already has experience doing in a versatile Milton offense.

The Tigers now sit inside the top-five in most major recruiting services' class rankings, which would mark the program's highest ever finish.
