Prep Ballers was on site for one of the biggest high school football matchups in the entire state of Georgia on Friday night.
As expected, a number of talented athletes put on a show in front of a packed house. Below is a list of the biggest stockrisers from the loaded matchup.
Benedictine
2024 linebacker Bryce Baker: Baker holds just four Division I offers, but was an unstoppable force on Friday night. While we don't have stats for the game, we can confirm that Baker had double-digit tackles and a forced fumble on defense, while breaking off a 52-yard rushing touchdown on offense.
While he holds no Power Five offers, Baker looked the part of a highly recruited defender against one of the state's best teams on Friday.
2024 athlete Rasean Matthews: While the Ware County defense slowed down Northern Illinois commit La'Don Bryant, Matthews proved to be the most reliable target for the Cadets. The 5-foot-9, 170-pound speedster's only offer is from Division III Sewanee University, but he showed a high level of potential against the Gators.
Ware County
2024 wide receiver Quintin Orange Jr.: At 6-foot-3, Orange looks the part of a Division I wide receiver, he surprisingly holds zero college offers. His two touchdown receptions highlighted a strong offensive performance from the Gators.
If Orange does not play college ball, it should come as a shock to anyone who has watched him play. The kid can keep up with the best of 'em.
2025 running back RJ Boyd: While his backfield mate was the only one of the two to find the endzone, Boyd put together a number of powerful runs on Friday. He holds two Power Five offers, which is a number that should skyrocket as he continues his high school career.
